Acceptance: In the event any person listed in this registration cannot attend the event selected, the signee would need to cancel registration by sending a notification to Administration@Chartec.net, no later than (7) business days before the scheduled event to avoid the No-Show charge of $199 per person. By submitting this form, your company agrees to keep any and all materials received from CharTec LLC within their company and will not distribute the material outside of their company without the expressed written consent from CharTec.
